What you need:
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp.
- White pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.
- Corn flour- 10 Gm.
- Butter – 50 Gm.
- Capsicum – 1
- Grated Cheese 180 gm.
- Soya chunk – 250 gm.
- Coriander Leaves 10 gm.
- Green Chilies – 4
- Fresh Milk Cream – 150 ml
- Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp.
- Roasted Onion – 100 gm.
First boil the soya chunks in plain water and drain it out and then add ginger garlic paste, some white pepper powder and cardamom powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
After this adds the boiled soya chunks to the mixture you have made and keep it aside to marinate for around 15 minutes. And then add some grated cheese in a bowl and then mix it well using your hand so that there are no lumps in it.
After then add some fresh milk cream, corn flour and salt to the cheese mixture and mix all the ingredients well and ensure there are no lumps in the process and then grind a paste of coriander leaves, green chilies and roasted onion and add this paste to the cheese mixture and blend it well.
After then add the marinated soya in the cheese mixture and make sure that all the soya pieces are well coated with the cheese mixture.
After then separate the mixture into small bits and give them the shape of kebabs and then use a frying pan and heat one tsp of butter and then place the kebabs on the pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
After then arrange the kebabs on a serving plate, and serve hot. Garnish it with fried onions and capsicum.
